W-2
Employers must complete IRS Form W-2 and supply them to employees, the IRS, and some state tax agencies no later than January 31st of the year following the previous tax year. This is a form the University of »Æ¹ÏÊÓÆµ System will provide to all employees who earned taxable wages during the previous calendar year. Form W-2 is a tax form that employees will need before completing their individual income tax returns.
Distribution of the W-2 form is either completed by mail and/or electronically. The distribution method is an election you may complete inside our payroll platform, isolved. Please follow these on how to check or elect your delivery preference.
If you do not opt-in to receive this form electronically, UAS will mail your copy. Please ensure your address is up-to-date prior to year-end to ensure you receive your form timely.

1095-C
As required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the University of »Æ¹ÏÊÓÆµ System (UAS) uses Form 1095-C to document information about the health coverage offered to you and your family members. UAS partners with Health EFX to produce and distribute the 1095-C forms.
For those who wish to receive and view their 1095-C forms electronically, you may use the . Below you can find helpful instructions on the steps to access the portal, download forms, and elect electronic receipt only.

Total Compensation Statement
Employees who contribute to the Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS) will also receive a printed copy of their personalized Total Compensation Statement for the prior fiscal year in the mail. The statement illustrates an employee’s total compensation which is comprised of salary and the value of other employer-sponsored benefits available to the employee.Â
